How much does it cost? 

T3 Recruiters is a contingency firm. 

There is no upfront cost to work with us. Our fees are collected after the hiring process is completed with one of our candidates and due after the newly hired employee starts working at your company unless a delayed start date is required. 

T3 Recruiters is a Non-Exclusive agency. 

You can continue to use your other recruiting resources, even other agencies if you choose. 

In most cases, T3 Recruiters offers replacement guarantees. 

If the candidate resigns, T3 Recruiters will replace the individual for no additional fee.
